A Breathtaking Maternity Session by Elizabeth Messina

There's nothing more exciting than announcing something new is coming...

Whether it's your engagement, anniversary, vow renewals, or pregnancy, couples face so many wonderful and exciting moments together.

During Mother's Day weekend, we were thrilled to find out about the lovely Chriselle Lim's pregnancy reveal on her blog The Chriselle Factor.

She announced the big news with a breathtaking maternity session photographed by Elizabeth Messina in her gorgeous home studio.

She shares on her blog, "I’ve always wanted to do a beautiful portrait shoot semi-naked with my growing belly but never had the guts to do so when I was pregnant with Chloe...but this time I feel so different about my body and who knows if we’ll have a third one! I feel full of life and beautiful with my growing belly and body."

In addition to her stunning Valentino gown, Chriselle wore our Swan Queen French lace long dressing robeCrafted in floor-sweeping French lace in the loveliest shade of ivory, Chriselle looked absolutely sublime while showcasing her 5-month baby bump.

The details in our Swan Queen gown were beautifully captured on film and weaved together effortlessly with the ethereal mood of Chriselle's maternity shoot.

The Swan Queen gown was designed to showcase the feminine silhouette with a thoughtfully arranged floral design and delicate scalloped edges running from neckline to train.

The neutral colors and textures of textiles like tulle and lace allow Chriselle's expressions to shine through.

And we just adore the calm and serene nature of this maternity shoot and Elizabeth Messina's incredible eye for love and motherhood.

We absolutely love when our real brides wear their Girl&aSeriousDream robes and gowns for their intimate maternity sessions.

It's truly an honor to make something special to wear for those magical moments that call for something extraordinary.

Wishing Chriselle and her family all the best.

Xo,

Anita
