Ojai, California Real wedding featured on Style me pretty

This evening, when Andrea, the lovely bride in today's post, contacted me to say: Thank you! I felt so happy and blessed that I was able to make a bride's wedding day a little more special. Andrea contacted me just two weeks before her wedding and I 'm happy I was able to make a rush order of the getting ready: Swan queen lace robe for her.

I really love all the details and the unique styling of this wedding. From the beautiful color palette to the gorgeous Floral Design by Bash, Please. I am grateful she was able to share the imagery with the lovely blog: Style me pretty.

Having your work featured in one of my favorites blogs, if not my favorite, is always a pleasant surprise, and I am eager to continue creating more!

Lace: A love affair.

I love lace most out of all the fabrics that I design with. My love for lace has grown since I began designing garments and planning my own wedding.

I especially love to design with French lace, which to me is the epitome of femininity and luxury. I am equally fascinated by the endless design possibilities lace offers. When lace is involved in a wedding, the pattern can inspire other aspects of the wedding such as invitations, table settings, décor...the options are endless!

I hope you all enjoyed lots of relaxing time with your family and friends. It 's been a fantastic year for me and my little side project: "girlwithaseriousdream"

I 'm so looking forward to this new year, and what better way to start out than by sharing this truly gorgeous wedding by Sarah Kate photography.

The bride, Brooke, wore the Swan Queen lace robe while getting ready.
